Microplastics Analyzer Testing Process

、 After sampling, a 5-step pretreatment takes about 1 hour: filtration – oxidative digestion – sedimentation – vacuum filtration – transfer, forming droplet samples; finally, microplastic samples are placed on slides.

、Slides are placed on a sample rack; after startup, a robotic arm sequentially takes them from top to bottom, and returns them after analysis, ensuring a seamless process.

、The rack holds 10–20 slides; the robotic arm analyzes them one by one and returns them after testing, enabling fully automated 24-hour continuous operation.

、The analyzer and robotic arm are intelligently and digitally integrated, requiring no operator presence; alerts or signals are given when testing is complete.

、The microscope automatically focuses on samples; each slide is divided into 12 grids, assigning coordinates, IDs, positions, morphology, and particle size data to each microplastic.

、A dual optical path integrated into the microscope enhances Raman signal strength, sensitivity, and resolution; automatic composition detection and spectral comparison generate classification reports.

、Suspected samples can be re-tested by retrieving original microplastics; after module calibration, they are rescanned and compared to produce verification reports.

、The interface is user-friendly with one-click operation; sample loading, focusing, scanning, stitching, detection, and report output are fully automated.

、The analyzer supports three modes—fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual—switchable at any time without affecting final reports.
