Therefore, after years of research and development, AIMOLI has broken the foreign technological monopoly and developed a domestically produced fully automated microplastic analyzer that surpasses leading international brands.
Our AML518 microplastic analyzer surpasses imported brands in three main aspects:
- Functional Superiority: Imported equipment, whether using pyrolysis mass spectrometry, micro-infrared spectroscopy, or micro-Raman spectroscopy, is mostly “general-purpose” instruments, not specifically designed for microplastic detection. At most, they can only perform basic area scanning functions and cannot meet the specific needs of microplastics.
Our AIMOLI AML518 microplastic analyzer, however, is specifically optimized and upgraded for microplastic detection, automatically outputting comprehensive data reports including morphology, aspect ratio, surface area, volume, color, particle size distribution, and abundance.
- Efficiency Superiority: Some imported equipment has a high operational threshold, requiring dedicated personnel to monitor it. Testing a single sample can take 3-4 hours, with each person able to test a maximum of 2-3 samples per day. For batches of samples, the entire team has to work around the clock, resulting in high labor costs and consistently falling behind research needs.
Our AIMOLI AML518 microplastic analyzer, however, is fully automated, capable of 24/7 unattended operation.
Furthermore, it can hold multiple slides simultaneously, processing 1800 images per slide in just 18 minutes, whereas traditional manual methods require manual adjustment of the sample stage and manual taking of each image.
What previously required a team of several days to complete batch sample testing can now be done quickly with a single device, completely solving the problems of low efficiency and long cycles in scientific research testing.
- Superior Precision. Traditional microplastic analyzers require manual processing for most steps, from sample pretreatment and particle screening to spectral detection and data analysis. This is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also prone to human error, severely impacting testing efficiency and data accuracy.
Our AIMOLI AML518 microplastic analyzer, equipped with an intelligent robotic arm and AI algorithms, can automatically complete the entire process of sampling, particle identification, spectral detection, and data output after startup, requiring no manual intervention. This completely breaks the limitations of manual operation and can accurately identify microplastic particles ranging from 50 to 5000 micrometers.
