After comparison sampling in 4 wells, the AIMOLI AML919 groundwater sampling system directly won the project.

After sampling comparisons in 4 wells, the AIMOLI AML919 low-flow groundwater sampling system completely outperformed imported equipment and ultimately won this project.

Some time ago, a unit in southern China planned to purchase a groundwater sampling system, and we participated in the bidding. At the same time, the client also sent staff to conduct on-site investigations of several manufacturers.

Our AIMOLI AML919 groundwater sampling system has a very strong advantage because the Ministry of Ecology and Environment National Analysis and Testing Center, as well as relevant departments in 28 provinces and cities, are all using our AIMOLI AML919 groundwater sampling system as enforcement equipment.

However, the engineers who came for the investigation were very rigorous and responsible. After reviewing the introduction of our AML919 groundwater sampling system, they said: “It takes 3 minutes to produce water. The sampling is indeed fast, but what about the sampling quality?”

Our AIMOLI AML919 low-flow groundwater sampler is an integrated sampling system combining bladder pump sampling, water level, liquid level, and well depth. Its R&D implementation standards are: HJ 1019-2019 Technical Guidance for Sampling of Volatile Organic Compounds in Soil and Groundwater of Sites; HJ 164-2020 Technical Specifications for Groundwater Environmental Monitoring.

The AML919 fully complies with national standards. The data has no distortion, no disturbance, and no cross-interference, so the sampling quality has been recognized by multiple national institutions.

However, since they had doubts, we only needed to conduct an on-site sampling test to make everything clear at a glance.

Therefore, we selected 4 wells and conducted a sampling comparison with the imported groundwater sampler they brought.

The imported low-flow groundwater sampler had a depth of about 60 meters. On one hand, it required manual bailer tube well purging and sampling; on the other hand, multiple probes had to be lowered into the well repeatedly, making the efficiency very low.

In contrast, the integrated probe developed by AIMOLI can produce water in 3 minutes, and the sampling depth has exceeded 70 meters. Only a few pumping cycles are needed to complete well purging and sampling, which the imported equipment cannot achieve.

The staff, upon seeing the operating process of our AIMOLI AML919 low-flow groundwater sampler, were stunned in amazement.

After the four-well sampling comparison test, the client was completely convinced by our AIMOLI AML919 low-flow groundwater sampler.

Team leader Engineer Wang said: “We originally thought AIMOLI was only strong domestically, but we never expected you to be even more powerful than imported equipment!”

I further explained to Engineer Wang that the AIMOLI AML919 low-flow groundwater sampler is an iteration of imported low-flow sampling technology. It increases sampling depth by 10 meters compared with imported equipment, and reduces water output time to only 3 minutes, shortening the time by nearly 20 times. There is currently no other comparable product domestically.

In addition, we also integrate two AIMOLI proprietary technologies:

  1. The control system uses AIMOLI ultra-high-pressure proprietary technology to meet sampling conditions at different deep water levels.
  2. The imported bladder pump is upgraded with AIMOLI ultra-pressure-resistant proprietary technology to adapt to external pressures at different deep water levels.

With these two proprietary technologies combined, we can customize samplers for well depths up to 300 meters, fully surpassing imported instruments.

Our AIMOLI AML919 groundwater sampling system saves users and third-party testing companies a large amount of manpower, greatly shortens sampling and well purging time, and makes operation more convenient and efficient. It ensures sampling accuracy, effectively avoids cross-contamination, and eliminates disturbance to the water body caused by manual bailer sampling.

This project was without suspense. After this investigation, Engineer Wang’s organization ultimately chose our AIMOLI AML919 low-flow groundwater sampler.

AIMOLI environmental instrument, accurate to the point where competitors become anxious!
