Against this backdrop, in two typical projects, AIMOLI series of groundwater velocity and direction monitoring equipment played a crucial role, providing reliable data support for accurately locating the source of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I. Pollution Source Tracing Project in a Chemical Industrial Park in Henan Province<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a chemical industrial park in Henan Province, a sudden groundwater pollution incident attracted significant attention from multiple companies. Due to the complex pollution diffusion path and the large number of companies involved, all parties needed scientific data to prove that their emissions were unrelated to the pollution. Therefore, &#8220;accurately finding the pollution source&#8221; became the core objective of the investigation. Traditional monitoring methods struggled to clearly reconstruct the migration path of pollutants in groundwater, and the source tracing work reached a bottleneck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this project, the AML926 groundwater velocity and direction meter was used in a critical monitoring phase. Based on particle image recognition technology, this device can acquire clear and continuous groundwater velocity and direction data under complex geological conditions. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a dedicated protective and cleaning film to effectively avoid cross-contamination between different well locations, ensuring the authenticity and independence of sampling and monitoring results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the system is equipped with professional data analysis software, which can perform real-time analysis and visualization of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimoli2016.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Groundwater monitoring<\/a> data, dynamically tracking the migration paths of pollutants in groundwater. Through comprehensive comparison and flow direction inversion of multi-point data, the system ultimately achieves accurate reconstruction of the pollution diffusion path, thereby pinpointing the location of the pollution source and providing crucial evidence for identifying responsible enterprises and making environmental governance decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>II. Source Tracing Project for Illegal Water Extraction in Jiangsu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a certain region of Jiangsu Province, with the implementation of the &#8220;Groundwater Management Regulations,&#8221; the state has continuously strengthened its management of groundwater resources. Under the background of water conservation and extraction restriction policies, a certain enterprise was reported for concealing well drilling and water extraction, illegally burying wellheads to evade supervision, seriously violating groundwater management regulations. Law enforcement agencies needed to use technical means to accurately locate its concealed water extraction points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this investigation project, the AML920<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimoli2016.cn\/?p=38\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\"> groundwater flow velocity and direction meter<\/a> was put into use. This equipment dynamically monitors the funnel effect of water levels formed under pumping conditions, capturing abnormal changes in groundwater flow velocity and direction to identify signals of human-induced water extraction disturbances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simultaneously, technicians deployed monitoring wells at multiple locations to acquire flow velocity and direction data from different spatial locations, and performed cross-analysis and spatial inversion on the data. By converging and comparing multiple sets of data, the scope of the anomaly&#8217;s impact was gradually narrowed, ultimately successfully locating the hidden permeable wells and achieving precise source tracing and evidence collection for illegal water extraction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two projects mentioned above correspond to two typical groundwater monitoring scenarios: industrial pollution source tracing and illegal water extraction investigation.
